Search Warrant results in Marijuana Manufacturing & Distribution Arrests:
June 18, 2012 @ 07:25 Hrs
After a two month multi-agency investigation, D/Lt Mike Fairweather was granted a search warrant for a Pequannock Avenue home in Pequannock, NJ. At 7:25am, a resident of the home was stopped driving away from the residence and escorted back into the home. Three individuals were placed under arrest. Police conducted a search of the home and located in the basement, an elaborate manufacturing system with numerous marijuana plants at various stages of growth. Some plants were as tall as 5‘ to  6’ in height. In addition to the marijuana plants, there were numerous glass jars containing marijuana ready for sale. A further search of the residence resulted in locating numerous types of controlled dangerous substances, anabolic steroids, and drug paraphernalia.
 
Ryan Bode, 33 years of age from Pequannock NJ was charged with Manufacturing and Distributing Marijuana, a 3rd degree crime, Conspiring to Manufacture and Distribute Marijuana, a 3rd degree crime, Possession of Anabolic Steroids, a 3rd degree crime, 2 more counts of Possession of CDS, 3rd degree crimes, Possession of over 50 Grams of Marijuana, a 4th degree crime, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Hypodermic Syringes, both Disorderly Persons Offenses.  Andrew Ruziecki, 32 years of age from Pequannock, NJ and Danielle Morrison, 30 years of age from Pequannock, NJ were both charged with Manufacturing and Distribution of Marijuana, a 3rd degree crime, Conspiracy to Manufacture and Distribute Marijuana, a 3rd degree crime, Possession of over 50 Grams of Marijuana, a 4th degree crime, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Disorderly Persons Offense. Municipal Court Judge John A. Paparazzo, arraigned and set bail. Bode’s bail was set at $20,000, and Ruziecki and Morrison’s bail was both set at $5,000. All were lodged in default of the bail amount
