Several vials of suspected crack cocaine along with suspected drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle were recovered from her. During a subsequent search of Mr. Gordiyenko’s vehicle, officers located 50 glassine folds of suspected heroin, several empty folds and several more hypodermic needles. Mr. Gordiyanko and Ms. Robinson were placed under arrest and transported to the Pequannock Police Department for processing. Mr. Gordiyanko was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, Maintenance of Lamps, and Driving While Suspended. Ms. Robinson was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
