The Department is headed by the Director of Finance & Chief Financial Officer, Julie Kupilik
Department Divisions
The Finance Department consists of four divisions:
- Data Processing
- Financial Administration
- Revenue Collection
- Tax Assessment
Financial Administration
The Division of Financial Administration, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, maintains:
- Central accounts and records of the Township's financial activity
- Coordinates budget preparation activities
- Manages accounts payable
- Processes purchasing documents
- Responsible for cash management including:
- Investment of idle funds
- Issuance of securities
- Coordinates and prepares official financial documents & statements
The office is staffed by Holly Lyon, Treasurer, Jean McCrystal, Payroll Administrator, and Erica Strother, Accounts Payable
