Department Divisions

The Finance Department consists of four divisions:

Financial Administration

The Division of Financial Administration, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, maintains:  

  • Central accounts and records of the Township's financial activity
  • Coordinates budget preparation activities
  • Manages accounts payable
  • Processes purchasing documents
  • Responsible for cash management including:
    • Investment of idle funds
    • Issuance of securities
  • Coordinates and prepares official financial documents & statements

The office is staffed by Erica Strother, Assistant to the CFO, Elizabeth Merz, Payroll Clerk, and Niki Lanza, Accounts Payable.
