Board Duties

These duties include preparation of the Township Master Plan and reviewing proposed zoning ordinances referred to the Board by the Township Council. The Planning Board also reviews the following land use applications:

  • Conditional use approval (unless a variance is involved)
  • Site plan approval for non-residential properties
  • Subdivision approval
